The Center for Gayatri Consciousness has been established in Texas under the auspices of All World Gayatri Pariwar. The primary focus of Gayatri Pariwar’s mission is to foster spirituality in mankind by encouraging the practice of some simple and practical steps in everyday life. It proposes a three pronged approach to achieve this – Upasana (power of prayers), Sadhana (self-refinement through self-inquiry and discipline), and Aradhana (selfless service to humanity). The Center for Gayatri Consciousness, also called as Gayatri Chetna Center, aims to provide a unique environment to facilitate activities and services which will help inculcate positive thoughts and spiritual mindset.
This center thrives to serve one and all in the community, regardless of their faith and religious beliefs.
The full potential of human life is attained by constantly and vigilantly keeping the body and mind away from harmful places, harmful thoughts and harmful mindset.
Life is nothing but a continuous measure of our potential, the greater we stretch our capabilities the more we can gain from life.
All World Gayatri Pariwar is a family, based on India’s basic philosophy of “Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam” i.e. “Global Family.
Its an organization raised on mutual harmony.
Yug-Rishi Res. Gurudev Pt. Shriram Sharma and Mataji (his wife) Res. Bhagvati Devi Sharma both worked on this philosophy throughout their life.
They established Gayatri Pariwar to carry on their life’s mission – bringing Heaven on Earth and Divinity in man – known as YUG NIRMAN YOJNA (Movement for the Reconstruction of the Era).
This mission has grown immensely and widely since its inception. Yug-Rishi extended an open invitation to every individual and organization, that intends to achieve high ideals. He also assured that any individual or organization, that puts in efforts or works together in fulfilling the aims of Yug Nirman, will automatically start receiving divine guidance, protection and blessings.
One with harmonious thoughts, willing to work for noble cause is a member of Gayatri Pariwar.
